Returns and exchanges
Exchanges and/or refunds may be granted within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Please email email@example.com and, if applicable, include photographs of the damaged goods. In most cases, we'll just send you a replacement for a damaged product, but we may ask you to return the item at your shipping cost.
If you are truly unhappy with your purchase and would simply like to return it, we will refund you the cost of the item only, not to include shipping. The cost to return the item is your responsibility. Only unused, undamaged, and complete items that are in their original packaging are eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be processed via the original form of payment once we have approved, received, and inspected the return.
Shipping to United States
All orders are carefully and lovingly packaged by a small team of joyful women.
Please note that we are an intentionally small team and are unable to offer expedited shipping. We typically ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.
All orders are shipped via USPS Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email letting you know it's shipped along with tracking info.
Though we don’t expect it to happen, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Due to recent delays in shipping to international destinations caused by the pandamic, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time.
It is our intention to offer it once we can assure timely deliveries.
